The project will be delivered in 3 phases of which 2 are complete. Phase 1 was the placement of 22,000 Sq.Ft foundation slab, which was completed in August 2021. The second phase for the site utilities was completed in August 2023. The contract for the third phase – building structure/finish out/parking lot was signed on 6/27/24 and is expected to complete around August of 2025
