A Vision for Sustainable Community Growth
The Oasis is a project by ICI WAQF (Endowment) that includes a retail space for office/shops and 28 apartments.
The project will be delivered in 3 phases of which 2 are complete. Phase 1 was the placement of 22,000 Sqft. foundation slab, which was completed in August 2021. The second phase for the site utilities was completed in August 2023. The 3rd phase is the structure and finish out and started 6/27/2024.
