Alhamdulliah, the ICI Oasis Mixed Use 62,000 Sqft Commerial/28 Apartments project was awarded to TriArc Construction LLC for $12,299,091.00 on 6/27/2024. The Project Completion date is June 2025.
The Project
It is a great blessing from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala that the foundation of the Oasis Commercial/Residential 62,000 Sq ft Mixed Use Project was completed in 2021 and the underground site utilities/Fire Lane were completed in 2023.
Alhamdullilah, the contract for the building structure/finish out/parking lot was signed on 6/27/24 and is expected to be completed June 2025.
Phases
Phase 1: Foundation slab of 22,000 Sq.ft completed.
Phase 2: Site utilities & fire lane completed.
Phase 3:Building Structure, Finish Out, Parking Lot to be completed by June 2025, Insha’Allah
