An Oasis for the Community to Pray, Live, Work, and Shop
It is a great blessing from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala that the Phase 1-A i.e. Foundation of the Oasis Retail Mixed Use Project was completed in 2021.
A contract worth $0.75M was awarded on 4/4/2022 to a Dallas based construction company to complete the Phase 1-B i.e. Site Utilities and Fire Lane.

Phase 1-A: Foundation slab of 22,000 sq.ft. – COMPLETED
Phase 1-B: Site utilities & fire lane – to be completed by July 2022, inShaAllah – IN PROGRESS
Phase 1-C: Parking lot – To be decided in next few weeks
Phase 2: The shell and finish out for retail/office space and 28 apartments – Expected completion June 2023.
